Before joining the team at Mid Atlantic Resource Group, Richard spent 5 years with Grande Financial Services. He served as the firm’s investment manager in charge of creating and maintaining their investment models. By providing clients with high level of individual attention and service, recommendations are based on your long-term goals, whether that goal is wealth creation or wealth protection. Richard will develop a comprehensive strategy based on your unique set of circumstances. In addition to helping individuals and families, Richard has considerable experience helping business owners with group employee benefits, retirement plans, and succession planning.

Richard graduated from New Jersey City University with a BS in Professional Security Studies. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as life and health insurance licenses. Richard is also a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) issued by the National Association of Plan Advisors. 

Growing up in Monmouth County, NJ, Richard still resides there with his wife Meghan, and his 5 children, Julia, Mia, Savannah, Charlotte, and Jake. Before 5 children, Richard stayed active playing men’s league ice hockey. Current activities are now focused on the diverse interest of his children, which includes volunteering as a youth soccer coach.
