Justine Hughes provides individuals, families, and business owners with a holistic and comprehensive financial process to help them achieve their goals. Justine’s approach to financial services and advising helps make investing and money management simple to understand and implement. Her practice focuses on investment management, wealth accumulation, and business retirement plans.

Justine is passionate about providing women with financial education and literacy to help them take charge of their financial life. As a female advisor, she looks to connect with women who are currently experiencing a transitional life event such as marriage, divorce, career change, or retirement. Justine can help guide these clients through the uncertainty of their new financial world.  Justine is appointed with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Life to help veterinarians navigate the benefits available to them through the Association Trust.  

Justine received her MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus while stationed overseas in Naples, Italy. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and her Life and Health Insurance License. Justine is also a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) issued by the National Association of Plan Advisors. 

As a proud Navy spouse, Justine is dedicated to helping the active duty military and veteran community by serving on the Marlboro Veterans and Volunteers Committee. She is also an active member in BNI-Capital Gains and served as the chapter President from 2019-2020.

You can find Justine spending her free time with her husband John, two sons, Rocco and Leonardo, and loyal canine companion JJ. The Hughes family enjoys beach days, traveling, and going on adventures.
